 It is already the fifth year when Latvia "Capital Business Person" is announced, final nominations are done by publishers "Lietišķās informācijas dienests", "Kapitāls" magazine and Latvia Employers Confederation experts on basis of polls and letters, which are filled in by Latvia self governments, businessmen clubs, associations, and regional newspapers. This year the poll has a motto "Let’s be proud of our local businessmen!"
