It is vitally important to correctly process metal before laying an anticorrosion coat, because improper treatment of this process may cross out all benefits of further work whether painting or zinc galvanization. Mechanical refinement of metal from rust is one of the effective techniques, if done professionally. A/S EF “JAUDA” refines metal parts with sand blasting. Latvia sand does not provide necessary maximum result, so the quartz sand is especially delivered from Lithuania. After sand blasting the product has rough surface which is excellent for zinc layer application. Melted in voltage area zinc is blown to the metal, and as a result 100 -150 micron thick protective layer is formed. With the help of this technological process A/S EF "JAUDA" can provide big metal part galvanic zincing (maximum sizes 12,5 x 7,5 x 2,5 m). |  |
