Powder painting is considered to be the leading surface painting technology, since it is environmentally friendly, doesn’t contain toxic solvents, relatively easy applicable, has excellent durability and low cost. Powder painting is the greatest achievement in surface treatment technology during the last years. If you look around almost everything is powder painted – mobile phones, furniture, TV, cars, windows, doors, roofs and our products. The enterprise has installed a powder painting line, which ensures metal product full treatment in big volumes and with excellent quality. Such metal part coating is resistant against environmental factors (corrosion) and mechanical failures. The technological process ensures part coating with powder paint on polyester or epoxy polyester resin basis for both internal and external services. Before powder painting the metal is phosphatized, that ensures paint grapple. At 200° the paint polymerizes and becomes solid, stable and lasting coat, which is resistant against impacts, aggressive environment (including UV rays). Maximum treated material size: 4000x1800x200, 2200x1800x800 and weight up to 100 kg. Standard colours are white 9010, grey 7035 and greenish grey 7032 with gnarled surface. Other colours - only for big-size orders. The company can, of course, cover the metal parts with ordinary paint. |  |
