A/S EF "JAUDA" produces by client request different complexity level non standard boxes, control panels, intelligent control systems etc., for example, BMS (Building Management Systems), alarm and control boxes, automation boxes with PLC (programmable logic controls), motor control and safety boxes MCC (Motor Control Centers) etc. In production process the products are checked at different stages, when open defects are identified and liquidated. Production by special request undergo full test before commissioning, that is conducted by our technical control staff, and it is noted in the product technical certificate. The product continuing quality is ensured by introduction of ISO 9001:2000 standards. In A/S EF"JAUDA" production workshops work highly skilled personnel – engineers, electricians, electrotechnics and electro distributor assemblers who have big experience in this field. We understand that the company main value is its people and to ensure company competitiveness and continuing development we follow professional growth program. Many workshop processes are automated and in many decades we gained necessary experience to produce valuable products. All distribution boxes are produced in accordance with EN 60439 requirements. Electric distribution boxes are marked with European Community sign of conformity (CE) and each product has its own identification number. This helps to identify and eliminate inappropriate production distribution. This is as JAUDA quality sign, which guarantees safety and product compliance with unified European standards. |
